lumencore.cloud is an information page about Elevion's products. It is provided as is, without warranty. You may read and link to it; you may not copy its content or code for your own products without written permission.
The apps
Each app is sold or offered under the terms shown in its store listing and inside the app: Apple's Standard End User License Agreement on the App Store, and the terms shown at purchase on the web. Where an app has its own terms, those apply to that app.
Payments
Purchases on the web are handled by Stripe as merchant of record; purchases in the apps by Apple or Google. Refund requests go to the party that took the payment.
Liability
Our apps give information, not professional advice. PurePaw and Nouriva are not veterinary or medical advice; Bouwoog is not a building inspection. Decisions remain yours. To the extent the law allows, Elevion is not liable for damage arising from use of the website or the apps.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
