Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your LumenCore subscription, what happens after cancellation, and important information about trial cancellations. LumenCore is based in The Netherlands.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your LumenCore Dashboard:
- Log in to your account at lumencore.cloud
- Navigate to your Dashboard
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- Confirm your cancellation
Alternatively, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will process the cancellation for you within 2 business days.
What Happens After Cancellation
After you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features until your subscription expires
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- After your subscription expires, your access to premium features will be revoked
- Your account will remain active, and you can resubscribe at any time
Trial Cancellation
If you cancel during your 3-day free trial period, you will not be charged. Your access will continue until the trial period ends.
To avoid any charges, please cancel before your trial period expires. You can see your trial end date on your Dashboard.
Refunds for Partial Periods
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current period, but no prorated refund is issued for the unused portion.

Reactivation
If you wish to resubscribe after cancellation, you can do so at any time by visiting our Pricing page and selecting a plan. A new trial period is not offered for returning customers.
