This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased from LumenCore. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with EU consumer protection regulations for digital goods.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered electronically:
- If the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the right of withdrawal expires once the download or access has started, provided the customer explicitly consented to the immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
- If the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed within 14 days of purchase, a full refund is available.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.
- The product is significantly different from its description on the website.
- The product is defective or non-functional and cannot be resolved through support.
- The customer has not downloaded or accessed the product within 14 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products that have been fully downloaded or accessed.
- Custom development services that have already commenced (partial refunds may apply based on work completed).
- Affiliate commissions already earned and paid out.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line βRefund Request.β
- Include your order number, email used for purchase, and reason for the refund.
- Refund requests are typically processed within 5β10 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Custom Services
For custom development or consulting services, refund terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Generally:
- Full refund if the project has not started.
- Partial refund based on percentage of work completed if the project is in progress.
- No refund for completed and delivered work.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may file a complaint with the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
