By using our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • “Digital Products” refers to all downloadable content, templates, tools, software, guides, and automation packages offered through our website.
  • “Services” refers to custom development, consulting, and implementation services offered by LumenAI.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or services from LumenAI.

3. Products & Services

LumenAI offers digital products and AI automation services including but not limited to:

  • AI automation packages and workflow templates
  • Custom app development services
  • Video automation tools
  • AI chatbot and agent solutions
  • Affiliate marketing tools

All product descriptions, features, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify product offerings at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Mollie).
  • Full payment is required before access to digital products is granted.
  • For custom services, payment terms are agreed upon in the project proposal.

5. Digital Product Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment via download link or account access credentials sent to the provided email address.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct.
  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, contact us at [email protected].

6. License & Usage Rights

  • Digital products are licensed for personal or business use by the purchasing individual or entity only.
  • Products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or made publicly available without written permission.
  • Modification of products for personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated.
  • We retain all intellectual property rights to our products and services.

8. Affiliate Program

  • Participation in the affiliate program is subject to approval.
  • Affiliates earn 20% commission on qualifying sales.
  • Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
  • LumenAI reserves the right to terminate affiliate partnerships that violate program rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

LumenAI provides products and services “as is.” While we strive for quality and accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
